Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Return: You can return items within 7 days from the date you receive the package. The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of damage.
- Exchange: Exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving the order. The exchanged item should also meet the same condition as the return - eligible items. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or suggest alternative products.
Return/Exchange Process
- Initiation: Contact our customer service through Taobao's messaging system. Provide your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and attach clear photos of the item if there are any quality issues.
- Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will send you a return address and instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: For non - quality - related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the item has a quality problem, we will cover the return shipping fee. Please use a reliable shipping method and keep the tracking number for reference.
- Inspection: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 - 5 business days.
Special Circumstances
- Final - Sale Items: Certain items marked as final - sale, such as discounted clearance items or personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there are quality issues.
- Promotional Bundles: If you purchased a promotional bundle, the entire bundle must be returned if you want to initiate a return. We cannot accept returns for individual items within a bundle.
Refund Method
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your payment provider, usually within 3 - 10 business days.
